ABOUT PRACTICAL INTELLIGENCE

Useful AI starts with a clear job

Published 8 October 2026 · Public product and editorial information

Practical Intelligence is a learning publication for people turning AI ideas into bounded, reviewable work. Original guides sit beside an attributed research reading desk; a browser-local toolkit helps you plan a pilot.

Start small enough to understand

A useful pilot has an owner, authorized inputs, an expected output and a way to recognize failure. The guides work through knowledge answers, document extraction, coding evaluation and controlled automation. Their examples are illustrative, not measured customer results.

Follow the evidence

References appear alongside the ideas they support. The research desk imports licensed titles and attribution, then links to the original publication. A feed item, a preprint or a keyword match is not an endorsement or a verified outcome.

Your reading and planning tools

Saved reading stays in your browser. The pilot worksheet generates a brief locally and does not run an AI model, upload your data or execute a workflow. Read the privacy page before using forms or external publisher links.

Corrections and commercial enquiries

Use the enquiry form for a correction, accessibility problem, project or sponsorship enquiry. Name the relevant page and the source supporting a correction. No paid placements are currently active; any future sponsorship must be clearly labelled.
